suggested presentation formats are available as PowerPoint templates
below.
PowerPoint template (.potx, Powerpoint 2007)
PowerPoint template (.pot, PowerPoint 97-2003)
How to use the Powerpoint templates:
1. Download the file according to your version of PowerPoint.

If the file doesn't open correctly in PowerPoint, save it and
rename its extension from .zip to either .pot or .potx. |
2. Open the file in
PowerPoint and edit your presentation there.
3. Save the file as a normal
PowerPoint file (either .potx or .pot, according to your version of
PowerPoint).
Please note:
The use of this template is not mandatory, it is only meant to serve
as a guideline for your presentation; you may use other presentation
design if you wish so.
We highly recommend that you make your presentation using MS
PowerPoint 2007 (or earlier versions), to avoid compatibility issues
with our equipments.
Please be aware that YOU SHOULD NOT SEND US YOUR PRESENTATIONS BY
E-MAIL.
You must bring your presentation to the conference on
a USB stick or other digital storage media. Further guidance about
the upload in the presentation room will be given on-site, at the
conference venue. All the speakers must be at the conference venue
at least 15min before his/her presentation.
Presentations must be prepared for a maximum presentation time of 15
minutes.
