Deadline of submission of
papers for full review extended
Given the difficulties reported by many authors to comply with the
deadline to deliver to submit their papers to full review for
possible publication, we have decided to postpone this deadline to
the 7th February 2010.

List of hotels and booking available
The conference organisers have blocked a wide range of hotels, with
different categories. Special prices are available for the hotels
associated with the 12th WCTR. The list of hotels and online booking

Deadline for "Full paper review" postponed
The deadline for authors' decision on whether the paper is to be
reviewed has been postponed to December 31st.
Authors who want to change the "Full review status" of their papers
can do so on the Conference Management System (www.digitalpapers.org/wctr2010).

section.

were sent to authors today by e-mail.
Authors who have not received this e-mail should contact the
conference organization (info@wctr2010.info).

Due to the high
number of abstracts submitted, the evaluation process is still
ongoing. Notifications to authors will start on November 3rd.

The
abstracts submission period for WCTR 2010 has closed on September
15th, with more than 2200 abstracts received.

The registration fees are updated
In its meeting
of July 17th 2009, the Steering Committee of
the WCTR Society has decided to increase the
normal membership fee for the period July
2010 / June 2013 (payable at the Lisbon
conference), and to reduce the fee
for participants from lower middle income
and low income countries and for students.

Local Organizing Committee of WCTR 2010 would like to invite you to
submit abstracts for papers to be presented at this Conference.
Abstract submission for all papers must be done electronically
(upload) not later than 15th September 2009.
